I had a smooth time using Lindsay Letters. The site loaded quickly for me, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find the prints and other items I was looking at.

The photos were clear, and checkout was easy enough that I didn’t really have to think about it. I’m guessing someone put a decent amount of effort into keeping the menu simple, because it never felt cluttered or overwhelming.

The only small thing was that I went back and forth a bit trying to decide on sizes, but that was more me being indecisive than anything. Overall, it was a nice, easy shopping experience, and I’d probably order from there again.

Had a problem with my print download not showing up after I paid, and figured it was going to turn into a whole thing.
Emailed them and got an actual reply quickly. They resent the link, made sure it opened, and that was it. Super easy, no drama, really appreciated it.

I accidentally ordered the wrong print size and was kind of expecting the return process to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. I was a little stressed at first, like, great, now I have to deal with this...

I really do like the artwork from Lindsay Letters. It has this soft, feel to it… not too fancy or overdone, just kind of warm and easy to work into a room.

Some of the pieces are really lovely, especially the scripture ones and the abstract designs. I will say, after browsing for a while, a few started to feel a little similar… so I kind of wished there was a bit more variety.

Overall though, I’m happy with what I picked. It took me a little time to decide, but the designs are beautiful and they make the house feel cozy, which is exactly what I wanted.

I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “take it slow and make sure the first panel is perfectly straight,” which did help. Still, I wouldn’t call it super easy, but the end result turned out good.

I assumed this piece from lindsayletters.co might be a little delicate just from how nice it looked, but it’s held up really well. I’ve had it for a while now and it still looks just as good, with no peeling, damage, or weird wear. It feels sturdy and definitely seems worth keeping around.
